Local writer Cathy D. Dudley recently won an award for her children’s book, “Faith, Family, & Fun.” Her book was chosen as a Finalist by Reader’s Favorite, a website operated by authors for authors, in the category of “Children – Religious Theme.” The book is composed of 14 lessons that focus on God’s love. Each of the stories takes everyday situations and ties them into a focus on the gospel.
Dudley has a book signing Saturday, October 19, at the Valley View Barnes & Noble from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Her award-winning books “Faith, Family, & Fun” and “Toddler Theology” are now available on Amazon.
