Fairview Cemetery Association has cancelled its annual Memorial Day Luncheon because of the COVID-19 virus. The luncheon is usually held at the Buchanan Community House as a fundraiser for the cemetery. The association members plan to hold the luncheon in 2021.
The luncheon serves as a fundraiser for the non-profit cemetery association to help with maintenance of the Fairview Cemetery in Buchanan. Anyone who would like to make a contribution to cemetery’s upkeep is welcome to send the contribution to Fairview Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 533, Buchanan, Va. 24066
