Last Friday, Mayor Mary Bess Smith, Fincastle Town Manager David Tickner, and volunteers within the community decorated the street of the Town’s historic district in preparation for the Christmas celebration and parade on Saturday, December 4.
The Fincastle Volunteer Fire Department helped with traffic control while Comcast bucket trucks helped administer the Christmas lights strung around town.
