Sam Finley of Blue Ridge graduated Thursday, May 18, from Black Hawk helicopter school at Fort Novasel (formerly Fort Rucker) in Alabama. He has now relocated to Chesterfield where he will join the Virginia National Guard Aviation Wing. He and wife Emily are expecting their first baby, a girl, in August.
