First Bank & Trust Company expanding into Daleville

Mikki Barranco – Mortgage Banker, First Bank and Trust Company

First Bank & Trust Company welcomes Mikki Barranco to the Mortgage Division as the bank announces plans to expand into the Daleville market. Kevin Sutton, vice president of Agriculture and Commercial Lending, will join Barranco in the Daleville Loan Production Office set to open in May.

Barranco has over 18 years of experience in mortgage banking, most recently as Mortgage Loan Officer at The Bank of Fincastle/Colonial Mortgage. In her new role as Mortgage Banker, Barranco will originate, process, and close mortgage loans in the Daleville and Roanoke markets and the surrounding area.

Barranco is a graduate of Radford University, where she obtained a degree in Finance and Accounting. She serves her community through the Botetourt County Chamber of Commerce and working as a Botetourt County Election Officer. She currently resides in Daleville with her husband, Stephen, and their four children.

Kevin Sutton – VP/Commercial and Agricultural Loan Officer, First Bank and Trust Company

Kevin Sutton will join Barranco in First Bank & Trust’s new Daleville location. Sutton has 19 years of banking experience and three years of experience as a commercial and agricultural lender with First Bank & Trust. He is one of several First Bank & Trust lenders who played a pivotal role in dispersing crucial funding to businesses through the Paycheck Protection Program.

“To date, First Bank & Trust Company has provided over $373 million in PPP loan support– 75% of these loans extended were for $50,000 or less, demonstrating our commitment to small businesses throughout Virginia, our entire footprint, and newly identified markets including Daleville,” said W. Mark Nelson, President & CEO of First Bank & Trust.

Their office is currently located at 3130 Chapparal Drive, Suite 203 in Roanoke.
