Last week’s Blue Ridge District tournament was cancelled due to inclement weather. However, the All-BRD team was named and LB had four golfers on the first team, including Player of the Year Ashton Harper. Also named to the all-district team were Samir Davidov, Jake Koffman and Dylan Salvi, as LB golfers took four of the six first team spots.
The top two teams at Tuesday’s regional, and three individuals not on those teams, will advance to state play. The state will be a two-day affair at the Glenrochie Country Club in Abingdon on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 11 and 12.
