Register now for a free self-defense class this month. Botetourt County Parks & Recreation and Buchanan Bujinkan Dojo are partnering to bring citizens the class. Register at the link below to register and attemd on Thursdays, August 17 and 31, from 5 to 7 p.m.
Participants must be ages 14 and up and those under 18 have to have an adult present. The class size is limited, and registration closes on August 14 at 4 p.m.
