Teresa Fridley, VP/Treasury Services at First Bank, recently completed the Certified Treasury Manager (CTM) program offered by Bankers College. The certification program deepened Fridley’s knowledge of Treasury services, such as Cash Management, ACH, fraud protection services including Positive Pay and Debit Blocker, as well as Remote Deposit Capture (RDC). She also offers ICS (Insured Cash Sweep) to extend higher FDIC limits, as well as Merchant and Business credit card programs.

“Teresa and the entire First Bank Treasury services team provide exceptional service to commercial customers around the Roanoke Valley. We are very fortunate to have her on the team. This CTM certification is a testament to her continued professional development as a Treasury Services Officer,” said Scott Steele, Regional President of First Bank

Fridley has over 38 years of banking experience in the areas of branch manager, retail loan officer, quality analyst, credit analyst, Treasury Management/small business lending, deposit operations, BSA and loan operations. She attended Virginia Western Community College and completed The Graduate School of Banking at Furman University. A native of Botetourt County, Fridley currently resides in Fincastle and is active in the community.  She serves as president of the Daleville-Fincastle Lions Club, Botetourt Chamber of Commerce Tinsel Trail Committee, and volunteers with Botetourt Food Pantry.  She fills her spare time with her family, and especially her two grandsons.

Fridley’s First Bank office is located at 1245 Roanoke Road, Daleville.
