The Friends of the Buchanan Library will hold a used book sale/yard sale on Friday, May 1, and on Saturday, May 2, during the Buchanan Garden Festival. Hours both days are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Carson Memorial Rescue Squad Building, 19673 Main Street, Buchanan, across from the fire station.
Hardback books are $1, paperbacks 50 cents, DVDs and CDs 25 cents, and children’s books are free (limit five per child). A selection of unique books is specially priced. A large assortment of yard sale items is also available. Sales are cash or check only.
