Ronald Wade Gibson of Cloverdale died April 4, 2019.
He was born August 14, 1947 to the late Charles and Mildred Gibson of Cloverdale. He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles O. Gibson Jr. Ronnie graduated from Lord Botetourt High School and retired from Elizabeth Arden. He had three loves in his life– his daughter Angela, UVA sports and all his friends at the North Star.
Ronnie is survived by his daughter, Angela (Darrell) Spitler and his granddaughters, Jordan (Matt) Lam and Bailey, all of Harrisonburg; sister, Nancy (Toby) Wells; brothers, Jerry and Dale; stepson, Greg (Amanda) Gorman and daughter Logan of Charlotte, N.C.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
