John Griffin (front) was recongized by the Botetourt County Board of Supervisors during its October meeting. The board passed a resolution honoring the former Botetourt Planning Commission member for his 14 years on that commission from 2004-2018. Griffin resigned from the commission because he moved out of the Fincastle Election District, which he represented for those 14 years.
