Halloween visitors creep by the office

The children of Fincastle Preschool “Trick or Treated” local businesses to a fun array of costumes as they celebrated Halloween with their fellow classmates (and parents) last Thursday in Fincastle.

Here, superheroes, animals, princesses, and the United Parcel Service (UPS) were well-represented sitting on the steps of The Herald’s office on South Roanoke Street.
