Once again this year, the HFI Quilt Show will be held at the Historic Fincastle Baptist Church at 45 East Main Street in Fincastle. Quilt show hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. There will be a Quilt of Valor presentation at 11:30 a.m. on the front steps of the church.
There will be two categories of People’s Choice awards presented – General Quilts and Patriotic Quilts. If you are interested in displaying a quilt, go to www.hisfin.org and download an entry form. Either mail it to one of the directors no later than September 16, or email a photo copy of the form and a photo copy picture of the quilt to [email protected]. Bring the form with the quilt to the church on Friday, Sept. 25 from 5-7 p.m.
