The Honey Hole Bait & Tackle Shop will celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the Botetourt Chamber of Commerce on Friday, Sept. 3 at noon.
The new shop is located at 3638 Blue Ridge Boulevard in Blue Ridge. The Honey Hole specializes in live bait, including minnows, worms and night crawlers, and frozen bait, including skipjack, gizzard shad, chicken liver, and shrimp. Equipment and pro-staff advice also is offered in the store at as well as recommendations for the best place to fish or for guided tours.
“As lifelong residents and new business owners in the area, we are excited and proud to serve the wonderful community of Botetourt County and surrounding areas. We hope to be everyone’s ‘sweet spot’ for their fishing needs!” said Tina Reed and Leonard Trout, owners.
