Buchanan Presbyterian Church participated in its annual Hot Dog Handout on Halloween afternoon and evening as hundreds of little ghosts, goblins and parents roamed the streets of Buchanan hunting for Halloween treats. The church members enjoyed giving away the hot dogs and seeing all of the creative costumes, said Pastor Skip Hastings.
