After an absence of over two weeks due to heath protocols, the James River girls were planning to return to the basketball court this week. The Knights had a game scheduled with Craig County on Tuesday in Springwood.
The River girls are back in action today with a game against Bath County in Hot Springs, their last scheduled game before Christmas. They return to the court next week with a home game against Rockbridge on Wednesday, December 29, with a 3 p.m. start for the jayvees and a 5 p.m. start for the varsity. Then, on December 30, the girls travel to Bassett.
