The Botetourt Kiwanis Club has announced its 2024 scholarship recipients for James River High School and BTEC.
The recipient of the $1,500 John Blake and Ray Otey Scholarship was Paul Theimer.
The $1,000 James Bushong Scholarship was awarded to Ripley Barry, a BTEC student and a student at James River.
