On Tuesday May 16th, the Kiwanis Club of Botetourt awarded scholarships to two seniors from James River High School on May 16. Andrew Fowler received the John Blake & Ray Otey $1,500 scholarship, and Levi Miller was awarded the James A. Bushong $1,000 Scholarship as a Botetourt Technical Education student. Both recipients are planning to continue their studies; Levi at Bryan College, and Andrew at Mississippi State University.
