Lawrence Companies held a blood drive on February 24.

Giving the gift of life were Barry Holland, Brian Moran, Christopher Padgett, Daniel Martinez, Daniel Mitchell, Debra McKinney, Dyra Hodges, Jake McDowell, Jeff Carter, Kevin Burton, Logan Tate, Mike McKnew, Nicholas Grant, Ron Spangler, Shawn Shively, Travis Myers-Young, Chip Lawrence, Wyatt Reeder and Wyatt Austin, along with visitors Cindy Holland, Donna Wheeling-Grubb, Eulous Grubb, Jordan Perry and Les Mabe.

Virginia Blood Services gave all donors a T-shirt and Lawrence Companies held drawings for a paid sick day and a VISA gift card. The sick day winner was Dyra Hodges and the gift card winner was Shawn Shively. First-time donor Daniel Mitchell also won a paid sick day.
