Fincastle Festival Local Author Discussion
The annual Fincastle Festival on September 24 aims to highlight the history of Fincastle and promote today’s artisans, vendors, and business. The library will participate by hosting local authors through a drop-in meet and greet. Featured local authors include: Rachel Edwards, Chuck Finn, Rhonda McDonald, Rebecca Boone, and Suzanne Barron.
