Past District Governor Jean Cook presented Daleville-Fincastle Lions Club Past President Scott Johnston with the prestigious International Club Excellence Award. To qualify for this award, clubs must meet specific requirements in four categories: Membership, Service, Leadership and Organizational Excellence, and Marketing. The Daleville-Fincastle Club is the newest Lions Club in District 24-C and one of a very few clubs to receive this treasured award.
