TF/40 Speed & Strength and BOCO Fit Rage will host a “Push, Pull & Carry” event for Special Olympics athletes at 10 a.m. Oct. 10 at the Botetourt Training Center, 2726 Lee Highway in Troutville.
The event will provide Special Olympics athletes with an opportunity to participate in strength and fitness activities in a supportive, inclusive environment.
BOCO Fit Rage, a Troutville-based fitness facility, is a Special Olympics-affiliated gym and offers dedicated Special Olympics fitness programming. Special Olympics Virginia promotes fitness opportunities designed to bring athletes and people of all abilities together to work toward their fitness goals.
The Oct. 10 event is open to Special Olympics athletes and will be held at the Botetourt Training Center.
