Susan “Michelle” Loope, 59, of Botetourt County, passed peacefully on Sunday, August 30, 2026.
She was preceded in death by her father, William G. “Bill” Loope; grandparents, Howard and Katherine Loope; Joseph M. Arrington Sr. and Christine Newman Arrington, all of Botetourt County.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Lee Arrington Loope; brother, J. Glynn Loope (Jill) of Botetourt County; and her niece, Emilee Loope of Jacksonville, Fla.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2026 at Evergreen Burial Park with the Rev. Dr. Robert G. Moore, III officiating.
