Cody Manspile of Lexington was named the 2017 Rookie Auctioneer of the Year for the Virginia Auctioneers Association. The contest was held in conjunction with the association’s annual convention. It was held in Richmond. Manspile credits his start to longtime Botetourt auctioneer Harold (Bubby) Entsminger. Cody, the son of Summer Clemmer of Lexington and James and Nicole Manspile of Buchanan, owns Circle C Auction Co. From left are Bubby Entsminger, Cody Manspile and Bubby’s wife, Janet Entsminger.
