Rebecca Bott Martin, 74, of Blue Ridge, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 1:43 p.m. Her passing was quiet and peaceful. Becky loved the Lord with all her heart, and she is now in Heaven rejoicing with Jesus.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Garnet “Chic” Bott; her mother, Eula Marie Wertz Bott-Naff; her father-in-law, Robert W. Martin, Sr.; and mother-in-law, Virginia Marie Martin.
She is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Billy W. Martin, Sr.; son, Billy W. Martin, Jr.; two beautiful granddaughters, Alexis Valle and Jaylyn Willard. Linda Tinsley was also a very special friend for many years.
Becky loved her family, she loved life, her church family and friends, but most of all she loved the Lord. Jesus was the centerpiece in her life, and she is now resting with Jesus in heaven.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at 2 p.m. in Faith Life Baptist Church, 1374 Montvale Street, Montvale. She will be missed terribly by her family and all those who knew her. Rest in peace, my love. Condolences may be made at www.botetourtfh.com or 540-254-3000.
