The Tuesday Morning Club met on July 13 in the Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall. Five members and one guest, Gale Webb, were in attendance. Faye Kessler hosted and read devotions.
Priscilla Hedrick won the door prize. Each member brought items to donate to the Ronald McDonald House. Hedrick and Webb won the game prizes.
The club voted to provide a meal for Nancy Waddell who recently discharged from the hospital. They made plans to go out and eat at The Great 611 Steak Company on August 5.
Ruby Taylor read a note from the Sheriff’s Office thanking the club for the donated snacks. Norma Johnson and Dot Hillard were the remaining members in attendance.
The Tuesday Morning Club’s next meeting is August 10 at Mount Pleasant United Methodist. Anyone interested is invited to join them that morning at 10 a.m.
