American Towers LLC is proposing an approximate 260 square-foot expansion of an existing fenced telecommunications facility compound. Additionally, American Towers LLC has proposed to collocate antennas on a 125-foot (overall height) self-supporting lattice structure at centerline heights of 90 and 96-feet. The telecommunications facility is located at 851 Layman Lane, Daleville, Botetourt County, Virginia. American Towers LLC seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential significant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1307, including potential impacts to historic or cultural resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
