The Town of Buchanan Board of Zoning Appeals
will be holding a public hearing on Thursday,
March 26, at 6:30 PM in Town Hall (19753 Main
Street). The hearing is to consider a request for a
variance to Section 204(e)(6), Rear Yard Setback
requirement. Anyone interested in speaking to this
item is encouraged to attend and make a statement
to the Board. Information regarding this hearing
is available upon request at Town Hall and will be
posted with the meeting agenda on the Town web-
site.
