This Day came Christopher M. Di Risio, counsel for the Intervenors, Andrew Vandegrift and James Tracy, and filed a Motion for Order of Publication, and a hearing shall be held in this Court, 205 North Roanoke Street, Fincastle, Virginia 24090 on October 7th, 2025 at 1:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as they may be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ADJUDGED, ORDERED, AND DECREED, that Phillip Eric Bryant appear at the hearing and be heard as to why the Motion to Intervene, Motion for Appointment of Guardian ad Litem, or Motion to Amend Custody of the minor child, should not be granted. Failure to appear shall waive any objection to the heretofore mentioned Motions.
THE CLERK OF COURT IS DIRECTED to send a certified copy of this Order to the Fincastle Herald, to P.O. Box 127, Fincastle, Virginia 24090 to be published once per week for four consecutive weeks, to be posted at the front door of the Courthouse, and a copy mailed to counsel, and the parties to the matter at their respective address of record.
This cause is continued on the docket of this Court.
