In Re: ESTATE OF PAULINE ALMA SHAVER, DECEASED
The object of this action is for Danny Shaver, Administrator d.b.n.c.t.a. of the Estate of Pauline Alma Shaver, deceased, to seek the aid and direction of the Court in determining the proper recipients of the net proceeds, which are currently being held in escrow, from the sale of a certain lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, more specifically identified as 19363 Main Street, Buchanan, Virginia 24066, Botetourt County Tax Map No. 65A-77, which property was previously owned by Pauline Alma Shaver.
An affidavit having been made and signed that there are or may be unknown heirs of Pauline Alma Shaver whose names and addresses are unknown and that there are or may be persons who are otherwise interested in the subject of the Petition pending in this action whose names and addresses are unknown, and that it is unknown whether any such persons are residents or nonresidents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, it is hereby ORDERED that each of said parties appear on or before September 9, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Circuit Court of the County of Botetourt, 1 West Main Street, Fincastle, Virginia 24090 and do whatever is necessary to protect their interest in such proceeds.
It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Fincastle Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Botetourt.
