It appearing that a report of the accounts of James A. McClure, administrator. of the Estate of Joseph Larry Henderson, deceased, and the debts and demands against the estate have been filed inI the Clerk’s Office and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of the personal representative, it is ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the Estate of Joseph Larry Henderson show case, If any they can, on the 4th day of September, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., before this Court at it’s Courthouse at 205 North Roanoke Street, Fincastle, Virginia, against the payment and delivery of the estate to the parties entitled thereto under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without requiring refunding bonds.
It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Fincastle Herald, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Botetourt, Virginia.
