The Botetourt community gathered at Buchanan Town Park last Saturday for the third annual BOCO Wild! outdoor recreation expo. Visitors enjoyed the wide range of activities at the free event which included boating education, wildlife education, hunting safety, river activities, and rock-climbing activities.

BOCO Wild! was presented with the help of local volunteers who checked-in participants and ran the day’s activities, as well as sponsors that included Bank of Botetourt, Town of Buchanan, Twin River Outfitters, Kazim Shrine Temple Fire Brigade Unit, Digital Image Printing, Tidy Services, H&H Outdoors, Camp Bethel Outdoors, and Limit 6 Trout Team.
