PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF THE BOTETOURT COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION

The Botetourt County Planning Commission will
hold a public hearing Monday, February 9, 2026,
at 6:00 PM in the Botetourt County Administration
Center at 57 S. Center Drive, Daleville, Virginia
to consider and receive comment on the following:
Amsterdam District: David Martin requests rezon
ing from the Forest Conservation (FC) Use District
to the Agricultural, A-1 Use District, on a 9.05-acre
parcel with possible proffered conditions. This par
cel is located at 37 Dancing Tree Lane and Reser
voir Road (State Route 648), identified on the Tax
Map as 100-85.

Please note that if Botetourt County Administra
tion offices are closed all day on the public hear
ing date due to inclement weather, the Planning
Commission will hear this request on February 24,
2026 at 6:00 PM with the Board of Supervisors.
