The Town of Buchanan Board of Zoning Appeals
will be holding a hearing on Thursday, May 28,
at 6:30 PM in Town Hall (19753 Main Street) to
consider a variance to Section 401(D)(1) – Dis
continuance of Nonconforming Uses – to allow
for the continuance of a multifamily dwelling at 9
Bridge Street S.
Persons interested in speaking to this item are en
couraged to attend and make a statement to the
Commission and Council. Information regarding
this hearing is available upon request at Town Hall
and will be posted with the meeting agenda on the
Town website.
