Notice is hereby given that Virginia Electric & Power Company (VMRC #2022-1365) has applied for a permit from Virginia Marine Resources Commission to install one fiber optics cable to existing overhead transmission poles and within an existing right-of-way, a minimum 41 feet above a 346-foot-wide section of the James River and a minimum 17 feet above 11 sections of North Creek and Jennings Creek as part of the Grid Transformation Telecommunication
