The Read Mountain Muskies were in Salem Monday to take on the Stonegate Gators in a Roanoke Valley Aquatic Association showdown between two of the top swim teams in the area. Results were too late for publication, but here Muskies dive in for the 100 Individual Medley, Ace Adkins swims the butterfly and Maddi Meidlinger does the backstroke. Next week’s meets will be on Tuesday due to the 4th of July being on Monday. Read Mountain will host Limestone Park and the Roanoke Country Club, while the Ashley Plantation team is at the Hidden Valley Country Club.
