• Brandie M. Nicely, 36, of Troutville, possession of a Schedule Ii drug, petit larceny, March 17
• Victoria L. Wilson, 44, of Madison Heights, obstruction of justice, March 19
• Edwin A. Ibry, 30, of Gladys, possession of a concealed weapon, possession of marijuana, March 19
