Waddell on Virginia Tech Dean’s List
Troutville resident Tyler Waddell was named to the Dean’s List at Virginia Tech for the 2019 Fall Semester. She is a junior majoring in Human Development in the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences. She is the daughter of Mike Waddell of Troutville and Donna Wray Waddell of Roanoke.
Collins on Randolph College Dean’s List
Makenzie Collins of Roanoke was named to the 2020 Fall Semester Dean’s List at Randolph College in Lynchburg. She is a graduate of Lord Botetourt High school.
Named to Shenandoah President’s List
Elena Lloyd of Troutville and Bryanna Morrel of Buchanan were among the students named to the President’s List at Shenandoah University in Winchester for the Fall 2020 Semester. Students on the President’s List attained a grade point average of at least 3.90.
Sydnor named to UA Dean’s List
Lydia B. Sydnor of Fincastle was named to The University of Alabama Dean’s List for Fall 2020. Students who made the Dean’s List have academic records of 3.5 or above.
On W&M Dean’s List
The following local residents were recently named to the Dean’s List at the College of William & Mary for the Fall 2020 Semester: Alysia Sanchez-Huerta of Blue Ridge, Tara Malloy of Buchanan and Jackson Mabe of Troutville.
In order to achieve Dean’s List status, a full-time degree seeking undergraduate student must take at least 12 credit hours and earn a 3.6 Quality Point Average during the semester.
