[SUBMITTED PHOTO]Caleb Shipwash, a 2020 James River High School graduate, received the Stan Parker Memorial Scholarship on June 25 when the Roanoke Valley Wrestling Association had a “drive through ceremony” at North Roanoke Baptist Church.
