Lowell Skelton of the Daleville/Fincastle Lions Club ran in The Bank of Fincastle Run on Saturday, Oct. 19, and won the Men’s 70 and Over age group in the 10K. He was also honored for being the oldest runner in the run. Skelton is the secretary of the Daleville/Fincastle Lions Club.
