Miss Crooked Road Outstanding Teen 2019 Skylar Gay competed in the Miss Virginia Pageant on June 21 and 22. The competition includes private interview, talent, academics, life style and fitness, on stage question and evening gown. Her vocal performance was “Reflections.” Skylar was a top 10 finalist among 24 teens from across the Commonwealth. She will continue to serve the Crooked Road and promote her platform.
