BOTETOURT – Springwood Road (Rt. 630) near Springwood is open to traffic ahead of schedule, according to an announcement Thursday morning from VDOT.
A flagging operation will be in place as paving and residual work on the project continue over the next week.
All work is expected to conclude by the end of the day on September 3.
The road was expected to be closed for bridge work through next week.
