Tractor Treasure Day has biggest turnout

First place winner was a 1935 John Deere with a buggy that is owned by (from left) Michael Baker. With him are JR Keeling, Justin Rose and in the wagon Sunshine Girls Lee Minnix, Lora Osborne and Laurie Minnix.
Attendee Austin Hatchett’s favorite was this ’60’s Bush Hog Garden Tractor owner is Rodney Moore of Eagle Rock.

Town of Troutville and the Troutville Sunshine Girls had their largest turnout for Tractor Treasures Day at the Town Park. Organizer Lee Minnix offered thank yous to the tractor owners who took time to haul their treasures to the park. Lenny Gregory’s 1957 Massey Ferguson took second place, and he said this will be his last show as he and wife Helen will be moving to The Glebe. Third place winners were Greg and Jennie Cook from Fincastle with their 1955 International 300.
