Troutville Town Council member Skeets Ulrich and Garden Club member Jan Galloway planted flowers at the Blue Star Memorial. Veteran and American Legion member Jerry Jacobson and the Troutville Sunshine Girls also contribute their time in planting and watering the flowers weekly. The Blue Star Memorial continues to draw a lot of attention from visitors passing through Troutville.
