In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated February 20, 2015 executed by Lisa Faye Reeser and Michael James Reeser to Brian Bone, Trustee, of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Botetourt, Virginia as Instrument No. 1500606 conveying the hereinafter described property in trust to secure the payment of a certain debt therein described and providing for sale of the property in the event of default in the payment of same, and default having been made in the payment of the said debt secured and having been requested so to do by the legal holder of the evidence thereof, the undersigned, as Sole Acting Substitute Trustee under that certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated August 12, 2020 of record in said Clerk’s Office in Instrument No. 200003556, will on the 30th day of September, 2020 at 12:00 Noon at the front door of the Circuit Courthouse of the County of Botetourt, located at 1 W. Hickok”, dated October 3, 2002, prepared by McMurry Surveyors, Inc. and recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court, Botetourt County, Virginia, in Instrument No. 0207502.
