TRUSTEE’S SALE OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE Parcels of Land Designated as Tax Map Number 48-114

In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated February 20, 2015 executed by Lisa Faye Reeser and Michael James Reeser to Brian Bone, Trustee, of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Botetourt, Virginia as Instrument No. 1500606 conveying the hereinafter described property in trust to secure the payment of a certain debt therein described and providing for sale of the property in the event of default in the payment of same, and default having been made in the payment of the said debt secured and having been requested so to do by the legal holder of the evidence thereof, the undersigned, as Sole Acting Substitute Trustee under that certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated August 12, 2020 of record in said Clerk’s Office in Instrument No. 200003556, will on the 30th day of September, 2020 at 12:00 Noon at the front door of the Circuit Courthouse of the County of Botetourt, located at 1 W. Main St. Fincastle, Virginia  24090 sell at public auction the property described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust and being located in Botetourt County, Virginia:

All of that certain tract or parcel of land containing 2.191 acres, more or less, as more fully shown on that certain “Plat Of The Property Of Nellie S. Hickok”, dated October 3, 2002, prepared by McMurry Surveyors, Inc. and recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court, Botetourt County, Virginia, in Instrument No. 0207502.

 

SUBJECT TO an “Existing 20 foot Right of Way (Deed Book 591, Page 1109)” crossing the lot, as shown on the survey recorded as an Addendum to Instrument No. 020007502, at Page 46A

TERMS OF SALE: 10% deposit on date of sale by cash or certified check. Full settlement on or before October 12, 2020.
