Virginia Faye Boley, 78, of Toms Brook, Va., passed away Sunday, February 14, 2021 at the Blue Ridge Hospice In-Patient Care Center in Winchester.
A celebration of life for Faye is being planned for a later date to be announced.
Faye was born in Buchanan on September 29, 1942, a daughter of the late Marion Allen and Mildred Irene Mosley Welch. She retired from Fairfax County where she worked as a custodial supervisor.
Survivors include her special friend and companion of many years, Patricia Ann Orndorff; her siblings, Mary Sparks (Raymond), Pat Johns, Gayle Welch (Diane) and Jimmy Welch (Betty), all of Buchanan; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, along with her fur babies, Daisy and Bella.
Memorials may be made to Blue Ridge Hospice, 333 W. Cork St., Winchester, or the Shenandoah County Animal Shelter, 268 Landfill Road, Edinburg, Va. 22824.
