ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Botetourt, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Botetourt, Virginia, described as follows:
Tax Map Nos. 107A(7)BK1-1 and 107A(7)BK1-4
Account Nos. 13419 and 13458
All those certain lots or parcels of land, together with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate in the County of Botetourt, State of Virginia and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the south side of Cloverdale Avenue, (S.R. 1004), said pin being the front corner of Lots 2 and 3, proceed with the south line of Cloverdale Avenue S. 33° 23’ W. 102.6 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 1; thence with the west line of Lots 1 and 4, S. 43° 40’ E. 165.50 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 4; thence with the south line Lot 4, N. 46° 20’ E. 150.00 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 4, being located on the west line of First Avenue (S.R. 1002); thence with said west line N. 43° 40’ W. 50.00 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 4, said point being the Southeast corner of Lot 3; thence with south line of Lot 3, S. 46° 20’ W. 50.00 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 3, said point being the Southeast corner of Lot 2; thence with the east line of Lot 2, N. 43° 40’ W. 138.50 feet to point of BEGINNING of this description and containing 0.464 acres, more or less, and being shown on a plat made by Lewis A. Hickman, Jr., C.L.S., dated May 24, 1973, attached to a deed of partial release dated August 16, 1973, from Lucille R. Taylor, and Being all of Lots one (1), two (2), and four (4), Block 1 (1), Updike Addition as shown on a plat made by Smith, Bradford & Co., Engineers, which map is recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Botetourt County, Virginia in Plat Book 1 at Page 45; and
Less and except 0.006 acre conveyed to the Commonwealth of Virginia recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Botetourt County, Virginia, in Deed Book 420 at Page 291; and
Being the same property conveyed to Garland L. Brown from Lisa McFarland Snow by Deed dated May 18, 1999 and recorded May 26, 1999 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Botetourt County, Virginia in Deed Book 569 at Page 1496.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book U at Page 350, Deed Book R at Page 387, Deed Book N at Page 451, Deed Book O at Page 71, Deed Book 420 at Page 291.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Garland L. Brown, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 8 Cloverdale Ave, Cloverdale, Virginia 24077; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before February 23, 2021 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Botetourt, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
