Troutville resident Tyler Waddell was named to the Dean’s List at Virginia Tech for the 2020 Fall Semester. She is a junior majoring in Human Development in the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences. She is the daughter of Mike Waddell of Troutville and Donna Wray Waddell of Roanoke.
