Dr. Cynthia Morrow is the new director for the City of Roanoke and Alleghany Health District, the Virginia Department of Health announced last week.
Dr. Morrow will become the full-time director in January; until then she will divide her time between the health district and Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, according to a VDH press release.
