- Yongo A. Hilario Peralta, 41, of Roanoke, using forged registration card, altered or forged license plates, March 10
- Kevin M. Perry, 61, of Hyde Park, N.Y., grand larceny, March 10
- Luke T. Burton, 18, of Blue Ridge, property damage, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, petit larceny, interfering with property rights of another, March 11
- Frederick E. Craft, 22, of Eagle Rock, possession of Schedule drugs, March 11
- Darwin C. Ramirez, 24, of Roanoke, drunk in public, March 11
- Mark W. Loudermilk, 55, of Eagle Rock, possession of Schedule drugs, March 12
- Jeremy S. Grimes, 43, of Daleville, domestic assault, March 12
- Esteban Dario Murillo Rojas, 37, of Moneta, driving under the influence, obstruction of justice, March 12
- Matthew C. Russell, 24, of Charlotte, N.C., simple assault, property damage, drunk in public, stalking, March 12
- Phillip T. Lee, 34, of Crumpler, N.C., obstruction of justice, eluding, March 13
- David S. Vineyard, 34, of Troutville, petit larceny, March 15
